Milton Public Library recognizes and accepts library cards from all Halton Public Libraries (Halton Hills, Oakville, and Burlington), as well as, from Hamilton Public Library and Wellington County Library
Who can register?
Residents of Halton Hills, Oakville, or Burlington
Residents of Halton Hills (Acton, Georgetown, and rural areas), Oakville, Burlington, or Wellington County must present their library card from their municipality’s library, in addition to their name and address identification, in order to receive a free Milton Library Card
Wellington County Library members
Wellington County Library members (excluding Guelph Public Library) are able to apply for a free Milton Public Library card upon presentation of their Wellington County Library card and personal identification.
Hamilton Public Library members
Hamilton residents must present their Hamilton Public Library card and address identification to receive a library card. Our borrowing agreement limits these cards to eight items and two holds
